Presenters will be guaranteed a registration place and will be expected to pay registration fees of $199.00 (or institutional rate, if lower); however, this is not a registration form. If your proposal is accepted for presentation at the conference, you will need to register for the conference via our on-line registration form, which will be provided in upcoming weeks.
